Avery Vaughan

Avery Vaughan is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Consumer Products, Customer Activation & Growth, and Leisure & Hospitality Practices. Based in Houston, she recruits Presidents and Chief Executive Officers in addition to C-suite commercial leaders across the consumer sector. Her clients range from publicly traded multinational companies to founder/ family led businesses and she brings significant experience partnering with Private Equity firms to help solve their leadership needs.

Avery has a foundation in Research and Knowledge Management. After graduating from college, she joined Russell Reynolds Associates’ dedicated Knowledge Management group where she executed insight-generation activities in support of key account management, business development, and reinforcing the firm’s reputation for knowledge-driven search and assessment. With a dedicated focus on the consumer sector, she provided core analytic support for the development of data-driven, proprietary points of view on key talent questions and trends across the consumer landscape. Avery transitioned into a Researcher role where she served as an integral member of the executive search team involved in a wide variety of activities across the entire value chain of search, from developing a compelling search strategy, prospecting and screening candidates, through to the successful completion of an assignment.
