Astrid Ausserhofer

Astrid is passionate about partnering with clients in the areas of finance, technology and operations. She specializes in working on international advisory projects and conducting equitable executive searches for both public and private equity owned companies.

Prior to joining RRA, Astrid gained her first search experience as part of an international niche boutique search. She has successfully led research teams in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Based in Brussels and Berlin, Astrid’s reach extends beyond borders, embracing an intercultural network. Her collaborative approach allows her to forge strong partnerships with clients and candidates around the world. She is fluent in German, Italian and English.
