Arnaud Massard

Based in Paris, Arnaud works with our global banking and markets clients, as well as our legal, regulatory, and compliance clients.    

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Arnaud spent a decade in investment banking, most notably as an M&A director at Rothschild & Co, advising large corporates on transformational transactions. In parallel, he was also in charge of recruiting, staffing, and mentoring a team of 80 junior M&A bankers.  

Arnaud started his career in transaction services at KPMG before going on to hold various roles in M&A advisory at Edmond de Rothschild and Nomura, an international investment banking institution.
