Based in Paris, Arnaud works on executive search, board and chair searches, and leadership assessment and development for our financial services clients. His clients include banks, insurance and re-insurance companies, asset and wealth managers, as well as fintechs.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Arnaud spent a decade in investment banking, most notably as an M&A director at Rothschild & Co, advising large corporates and financial institutions on transformational transactions. In parallel, he was also in charge of recruiting, staffing, and mentoring a team of 80 junior M&A bankers.
Arnaud started his career in transaction services at KPMG before going on to hold various roles in M&A advisory at Edmond de Rothschild and Nomura, an international investment banking institution.
