Earlier in his career, he worked with a leading technology sector executive search firm in London, UK, focused on early and growth-stage companies in Europe, and supporting mandates for venture capital and private equity funds.
Arin has been part of the founding team of a fitness technology startup, serves on the board of a health-focused registered charity, and is currently on the cabinet of a large Canadian non-profit.
