Annabel Toren advises clients across industries and geographies on the hiring of leaders for human resources positions. Based in New York, Annabel partners with leading organizations on recruiting, managing and retaining top talent for a wide range of growth and transformation-oriented roles in HR. Annabel has also conducted searches for outstanding leaders in the C-suite and other top positions during her 16 years with our firm. Earlier in her Russell Reynolds career, Annabel spent six years leading our Talent Acquisition efforts in the US and London. Before joining our firm, she worked at Liberate Technologies where she partnered with technology media companies to deliver content. She also previously worked as an investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist and as a management consultant at Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett.

Annabel earned a BA in philosophy, politics and economics from Pomona College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
