Andrew Hayes leverages his extensive experience in the consumer sector to provide clients with winning leadership solutions.  Jointly based in New York and Houston, Andrew provides advice on areas such as succession planning, leadership assessment and recruitment projects. He also helps firms hire outstanding leaders for general management, president, CEO and board roles, as well as senior marketing and sales positions. Andrew leads the firm’s global Consumer Products & Services Practice. He advises a variety of clients, ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to smaller domestic, private and private equity companies. Andrew brings more than two decades of US and international experience in consumer packaged goods. He was previously the chief marketing officer for Shell’s global Consumer Lubricants business, where he helped build Pennzoil, Quaker State and Shell Helix into key growth markets.  Previously, he was vice president of Global Oral Care New Forms at Colgate-Palmolive, and before that, was vice president of global marketing at Warner-Lambert.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Commerce in marketing from Queens University in Kingston, Canada.
