Leveraging over a decade of expertise in corporate governance, Amy effectively collaborates with boards and executive teams, offering informed strategic insights that help address key governance challenges today’s leaders face.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Amy was a Principal at boutique governance firm Tapestry Networks. There, she co-led an exclusive governance program for board directors of leading public companies throughout North America. Amy collaborated with global experts to pinpoint emerging issues, shaping meeting agendas, crafting content, and facilitating premier events in confidential settings designed to foster trust and candor. Amy began her career in the financial services industry before focusing her efforts on enhancing corporate governance.
