Amy Saddington

Amy Saddington leads the Healthcare Services Practice and launched the firm’s Digital Health Practice. She specializes in leading board, CEO and other senior-level executive searches for payor, provider, and HealthTech companies. Amy advises clients along the growth continuum from growth equity through to mature public companies.

Amy's recent work includes leading CEO searches for publicly listed telehealth, home health, and value-based care companies. Amy has led CEO searches for private equity-backed multi-site healthcare services companies, HCIT, and digital health companies. Amy has advised large not-for-profit and publicly listed healthcare companies on multi-year leadership development and CEO succession. She has recruited board directors, built boards in anticipation of IPOs, and led multi-year board refreshment engagements.

Amy’s entire career has been at the intersection of technology and healthcare services. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Amy served as Director of Performance Technologies at The Advisory Board Company (NASDAQ: ABCO), a company based in Washington, D.C., providing data-driven guidance to hospital and health system executives.
