Amit Jaiswal

Amit has almost 20 years of management consulting experience helping clients create strategic direction, business plans, and transformational operational efficiency. He specializes in leadership advisory across the Industrial and Natural Resources and Technology Industries. Based in Gurgaon, Over the course of his career, Amit has led all support functions including finance, HR, IT, legal, administration and markets.

Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, he was the chief operating officer at Grant Thornton in India, where he co-created a six-year strategic plan with the CEO and implemented a new operating structure to support the firm’s business plan. He was also a member of the partnership board of the firm. Prior to that role, he held a range of executive leadership roles spanning his 15 years at Grant Thornton, including leader of the human capital consulting team, the global research and analytics center, and the chief of staff to the global CEO.
