Based in Zurich, Alison Mathys has 25+ years’ experience evaluating and developing senior executives and board-level leaders. She works with global organizations to develop critical talent in line with strategic business objectives.  

Alison specializes in senior-level assessment, development, and executive coaching, and has a particular interest in working with leaders to help them influence and impact their environments with greater purpose.  

Alison joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another global executive search firm, where she focused on C-suite succession and development. She spent her early career as a search consultant in London.
