Alexander Roitinger

Dr. Alexander Roitinger works closely with clients across industries to tailor comprehensive leadership solutions. He brings many years of experience in succession planning, searching for, assessing, and coaching Executive and Non-Executive Board members. Technology-related assignments are one of his passions. Based in Zurich, he leverages a broad, international background in management, strategy consulting, and academia.

Alexander joined Russell Reynolds Associates from SIX, a financial technology and data provider, where he was a Managing Director. He also worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. across various sectors.

He began his career as a researcher and lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), from where he earned a master’s degree and doctorate in economics.

Alexander is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds several certifications for leadership assessment from internationally recognized organizations. He speaks German, English, and French.
