Alex Heller

Alex Heller Garcia is a member of the biopharma team, working to build and transform executive leadership teams across private and public companies ranging from Series A biotechnology firms to large pharmaceutical firms.

Alex advises biotech and pharma companies on strategic executive hires. She is based in San Diego and regularly travels to Russell Reynolds’ San Francisco office. Alex leverages her prior experience in equity research to coach clients on their leadership needs to best build their company for success.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked at Oppenheimer and Jefferies in equity research, covering biopharma stocks. In those roles, she provided management and the investment community with opinionated reports on companies’ development and commercial success.

Alex built foundational knowledge of the industry as an analyst at Biomedtracker. She began her career recruiting regulatory consultants for biotech, pharma, and medical device companies in San Diego.
