Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Alan was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company where he led projects internationally, acted as coach and mentor, and was part of the Swiss recruiting team. Focusing mainly on Consumer Products and Retail, he built a solid network and deep expertise in developing growth strategies, driving transformations and adapting operating models, together with his clients to generate lasting results.
