Based in Chicago he is core member of our Board and CEO Advisory Practice, and for the last 7 years led the Firm’s Development Capability, partnering with CEOs and their teams to accelerate their business objectives through executive development and culture transformation.
David joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a leading global executive search and talent advisory firm, where he was a Senior Client Partner and was the Leadership Development Managing Partner for the USA. In this role, he specialized in executive development, top team facilitation and coaching, and customized immersive programs.
Previously, David worked in New York and Budapest as a Partner at Pivot Leadership, a boutique leadership development partnership where he was responsible for expanding service offerings into the European market. He was also a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. He began his career in management consulting at McKinsey and Co. in Hungary.
