LoopMe

LoopMe welcomes former OMD Chief Executive Officer Mainardo De Nardis as Board Chair effective 4th October 2022.

Wefox

Wefox has appointed Helen Heslopas a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, with immediate effect. Heslop, a former internationally experienced finance director, brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to Wefox from across banking and insurance sectors, including PWC, GE Capital and Aviva.

NCC Group

NCC Group has announced the appointment of Lynn Fordham as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Lynn joined the Board with effect from 1 September 2022. Lynn will become a member of NCC Group’s Audit, Cyber Security, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Lynn, a chartered accountant, was most recently Managing Partner of private investment firm Larchpoint Capital LLP.

Civica

Civica has announced the retirement of Group CEO Wayne Story, with UK CEO Lee Perkins named successor. A tech industry veteran, Perkins has held several senior positions, including UK MD and then Group COO at Sage, CEO at M247, and UK MD at Tech Data.

Depop

Kruti Patel Goyal named as Chief Executive Officer effective 12th September 2022. Kruti leaves Etsy as Chief Product Officer and will be replaced at Etsy by Nick Daniel, its VP of Product Management.

inRiver

Niels Stenfeldt joins PIM firm inRiver as Chief Executive Officer effective 1 September 2022, succeeding Thomas Zanzinger who led the company through COVID and its recent majority growth investment from THL Partners. Zanzinger remains a senior advisor to inRiver and its Board of Directors.

ThinkProject

Renzo Taal is the new CEO of ThinkProject, Europe’s leading SaaS platform for construction and engineering projects. He succeeds Patrik Heider, who has decided to leave ThinkProject. He joins ThinkProject from UIPath, a specialist for Robotic Process Automation where he drove their growth as Senior Vice President & Managing Director EMEA.

SNP

With effect from 16 January 2023, the Board of Directors has appointed Dr Jens Amail as Managing Director and new CEO of SNP. Current CEO Michael Eberhardt will support Jens Amail in assuming the role of CEO and will remain with the company until the end of March 2023. Dr Jens Amail is joining the company from SAP SE, where he is currently responsible for the Greater China region as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Dominik Asam has joined SAP as CFO and member of the Executive Board. Asam will start on 7 March 2023 and comes to SAP from his current role as CFO and member of the Executive Committee at Airbus.

Workday

Workday has appointed Angelique de Vries to President of EMEA. Angelique will report into Doug Robinson, co-president, Workday, who oversees the company's global sales efforts. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and CEO for Salesforce Northern Europe, leading business operations in Benelux and Nordics. She also served as the Chief Revenue Officer for the company’s platform solution group.

Computacenter

Christian Jehle has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Computacenter. He succeeds Tony Conophy, will be retiring. Christian will join the Company and the Board in Spring 2023. Christian will join Computacenter from his current role as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for the UK & Ireland division of Experian plc.

SoftwareONE

SoftwareONE welcomes Julia Braun as Chief Human Resources Officer. Julia joins from ISS Switzerland where she served as Director, People & Culture and member of the Management Board. Julia will report directly to CEO Dieter Schlosser and will be based in Switzerland.

Mimecast Limited

Mimecast has appointment Norman Guadagno as Chief Marketing Officer, effective 2nd November 2022 and cybersecurity Veteran Rafe Brown as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective 13th September 2022.

OpenWeb

OpenWeb has appointed Tiffany Xingyu Wang, first-ever Chief Marketing Officer, effective 20th September 2022. Wang will support OpenWeb's rapid expansion to new publishers, advertisers, and applications, while amplifying the importance of digital safety and engaged community-building online.

Acronis

Acronis promotes Katya Ivanova to Chief Sales Officer effective 7th November 2022. Ivanova has experience in APAC, Europe and the Middle East, North America, and LATAM markets. Most recently, Ivanova managed over 300 professionals as Vice President Worldwide Inside Sales, Acronis. Ivanova will expand Acronis’ global sales while increasing awareness of the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud Platform.

Signal AI announces Nancy McNeill as Global Chief Revenue Officer effective 21 September 2022. McNeill has more than two decades of experience in commercial growth leadership, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Dow Jones and holding senior executive sales positions at Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial.

ClearBank

ClearBank appoints Andrew Barker as new Chief Revenue Officer effective 8th September 2022. Andrew will play an integral role in developing world-class, go-to-market operations to fulfil the bank’s international growth ambitions, following its £175m investment from Apax Digital in March 2022. He will report directly to CEO Charles McManus.

iBanFirst

Ivo Mertens has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer, he will be in charge of the sales teams across several European markets and joins the Exco. He previously held sales management functions at BNP Paribas and Fortis and was treasurer at iBanFirst since 2021.

Véronique Vingerhoets joins iBanFirst as Chief People Officer, she holds an MBA in marketing from the Vlerick Business School and has occupied several HR functions in key fintech companies such as Colibra and Mobilexpense.

Alain Lagabrielle has been appointed as Chief Technological Officer, he previously worked for Société Générale, where he was in charge of tech transformation issues.

Former Chief Risk Officer Diane Reille is appointed Chief Operating Officer which will include the CSM, Due Diligence, Settlement, and FI relationship teams.

Anne-Sophie Pradier joins as Chief of Staff and will work closely with the CEO and the Exco to accelerate iBanFirst’s growth.

Matthieu Chaigne joins iBanFirst as Chief Communication and Behavioural Officer. Also a member of the Exco, Matthieu will be in charge of corporate communication and brand management, press releases, social media and public relations.

Onfido

Onfido promotes Yuelin Li from Chief Strategy Officer to Chief Product Officer effective 18th October 2022. In her new role, Li will oversee the product strategy and direction of Onfido’s Real Identity Platform, driving Onfido to further establish its category leadership in identity verification and fraud mitigation.

Ogury

Ogury appoints industry expert Stéphane Dupayage as Chief Product Officer, Dupayage will be based in Paris and report to Geoffroy Martin, Ogury’s Chief Operating Officer.

GuestReady appoints Andreea Petrisor as Chief Growth Officer as of 12th October 2022, she joins from Foodpanda as General Manager for Romania, where she was in charge of coordinating all the activities of the food delivery and purchase platform internationally.
