Based in Chicago, Ted advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 to private equity-backed firms on leadership talent management, leadership development, succession, and the hiring of progressive, business savvy leaders. His assignments cross the consumer, technology, healthcare, industrial, and financial services industries, among others.
Ted honed his leadership acquisition skills as the vice president of integrated talent management at CDK Global. He also spent more than a decade at ADP in roles including recruitment strategy, sales staffing, and talent development. He began his career as a technical recruiter for AG Consulting in San Francisco.
