Steven Black specializes in working with telecom, software and digital transformation clients. Based in London, Steven is a member of the Technology Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates. He partners with clients on search, assessment and advisory assignments across the consumer and enterprise technology experience. Steven leads searches for CEOs, COOs, CMOs and CCOs, along with country and regional leaders. He has extensive experience advising private equity and venture capital firms on leadership themes across their portfolios.

Steven has more than a decade of executive search experience, joining our firm from another leading search company where he was a researcher. During his time at that company, he worked in the technology, media & telecoms practice after completing a rotational program that spanned financial services, technology, consumer/retail and private equity.
