Based in Boston, Sean works with leading organizations to help CEOs and their teams navigate change with greater clarity, cohesion, and impact. He advises clients on complex leadership challenges—from transformation and succession to assessment and development—working across sectors and geographies, with particular depth in financial services and private equity.
Sean has over 20 years of leadership advisory experience. He joined Russell Reynolds from another globally recognized leadership advisory firm. There he was a leadership strategy consultant working on CEO and board advisory, leadership transformation, executive transitions and development. He was also a member of the firm’s Americas leadership team and led Hong Kong operations. Earlier in his career, he worked as a principal consultant in China for another management consulting firm.
