Sean Dineen is a senior member of the firm’s Leadership & Succession practice. With more than a decade of global strategy and leadership experience, he brings deep insight to his advisory work. Based in Boston, Sean partners with leading organizations across sectors and geographies to increase the potential and performance of their executive teams. He also has a particular focus on client work in the private equity space.
Sean joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a globally recognized leadership advisory firm, where he was a leadership strategy consultant working on CEO and board advisory, leadership transformation, executive/team transitions and development, and organization alignment. He was also a member of the firm’s Americas Leadership Team and previously led their Hong Kong operations. Earlier in his career, Sean worked as a Principal Consultant in China for another management consulting firm, where he delivered custom talent management solutions for clients and led business development for the region.
Sean holds a BS in biology from Loyola College in Maryland and a Master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Baltimore.
