Based in London, Sarah Galloway co-leads the firm's global Sustainability Practice. She is also a key member of the Industrial Practice, with a particular focus on supporting clients across all manufacturing sectors, working with quoted, private and private equity backed companies. As a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners, she advises clients on their most challenging leadership issues at executive and board level, supporting boards and CEOs on succession planning, leadership assessment and development, and both executive and non-executive searches. Sarah is passionate about helping clients develop their leadership talent to achieve their strategic agenda and to have a positive impact in the world.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarah spent seven years at Bain & Co in London, where she focused on providing strategic consulting advice to a range of industrial, technology and consumer companies. Prior to that, she was manufacturing manager for Helvar, where she was responsible for their UK lighting control operations. Sarah began her career with Eurotherm, now part of Schneider Electric.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Sarah received her MA and MEng in manufacturing engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge, and her MBA from INSEAD. She is also an accredited Hogan practitioner.
