Pamela Yau is a member of the firm’s Leadership & Succession Practice, based in Singapore. She helps clients predict executive success in the C-suite, identify best-in-class talent and build effective teams and organizational culture. Pamela’s recent client engagements include assignments around CEO and executive team succession planning, team effectiveness, organizational alignment and diversity and inclusion. She brings comprehensive insights and innovative solutions through her experience working with clients from various markets, sectors and scales.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pamela worked with a talent consulting firm, where she partnered with clients in Asia Pacific to assess leaders and identify high-potential talent. She spent her earlier career with a boutique executive search firm, executing search assignments spanning the industrial, technology, financial services and consumer spaces.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Pamela received her BSocSc, with honors, in psychology from the National University of Singapore. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
