Olivier Blin

Olivier Blin is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Sector. He focuses on leadership assignments at the executive and non-executive levels for privately held and publicly traded firms in the pharma, life sciences and medical technology industries. 

Olivier has worked on numerous assignments over the past 25 years, advising boards, CEOs and senior executives on strategic hiring, succession planning and cultural transformation. He is based in Paris and works globally. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1996, Olivier worked for another global executive search firm.
