Maria joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Aon, where she specialized in risk management consulting, insurance brokerage and cyber security for industrial and energy clients. Previously, she held roles at Willis Towers Watson and ISN.
Maria holds a BA in economics and international studies from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and she is a board member of Young Professionals in Energy.
