Maria Bohn

Maria Bohn has more than a decade of experience advising clients at the board and senior level on assignments across functions, with expertise in corporate officer, business development, commercial, and research and development. Maria’s clients include venture-backed, private equity and multinational public companies with disruptive science and technology. Anchored in New York City, Boston and Philadelphia, Maria works with clients globally. She has experience living in the US, Canada and France.

Maria joined Russell Reynolds Associates from McKinsey, where she was a consultant in their Pharmaceutical & Medical Products practice working across corporate strategy and finance, integration planning and organization design. Previously, she was with a healthcare-focused boutique executive search firm and another global executive search firm in their Healthcare practice.
