Maggie Walsh focuses on financial officer appointments in both private equity portfolio companies and Fortune 500 companies. She works across sectors, including technology, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and professional services.
Maggie joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Ernst & Young, where she was a senior manager in the business consulting practice. In that role, she led people, process, and technology transformations for clients, partnering with finance, IT, and HR executives to drive change.
Maggie holds a BA in economics and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
