Lucía Martínez

Lucía Martínez is a member of the Corporate Officers practice where she specializes in recruiting and assessing talent for Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other C-suite level executives for privately-held and publicly traded companies. Lucía is based in Houston, Texas, and serves clients in a range of industries including oil and gas, industrial, technology and financial services. Lucía has over twenty years of energy corporate banking experience and has a demonstrated track record in providing financial advisory across multiple segments of energy value chain.

Lucía joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Greensill Capital, where she built out the firm’s energy practice in Houston. Previously, she spent over a decade at Standard Chartered Bank in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as the head of energy and natural resources for the Americas region.
