Based in Toronto, Kevin Graham is a senior member of the firm’s Industrial and Energy & Natural Resources Practices. He works globally with clients within the metals and mining, food and agriculture and energy industries, where he advises on board director and executive-level searches. Kevin also partners closely with clients on leadership assessment and succession planning work and has additional functional expertise in operations and supply chain.
Kevin joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Nutrien, where he was Executive Vice President of Sales, responsible for sales and distribution for world’s largest fertilizer company. Prior to the merger with Agrium to form Nutrien, Kevin held the role of Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for PotashCorp. Earlier, he was Chief Strategy & Technology Officer for Vale Base Metals, providing strategic, technical and engineering leadership to safely optimize the company’s use of resources. Kevin began his career as a process engineer with Hatch and spent three years with McKinsey & Company focused on strategic, operational and transformation engagements within their Basic Material Institute and Capital Productivity Practice.

Kevin received his BEng from McGill University, his PhD from McMaster University and his MBA from the University of Lausanne IMD Business School.
