Jane Xing

Jane Xing works with regional and multinational organizations across China, as part of the Financial Services Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Throughout her career, Jane has worked with companies to identify top talent and strengthen partnerships. Alongside her work in the Financial Services Sector, Jane also works with clients in the social impact sector and on ESG issues in both the non-profit and private sectors, where she helps recruit dynamic leadership teams.

Jane joined Russell Reynolds from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she held the role of deputy director, Private Sector Engagement & Financial Institution Partnerships. Earlier, she was the director of strategic investment at Legend Holdings. She began her career at the Corporate Finance Practice of McKinsey & Co.
