Henry Scarlett is a member of the Nonprofit Sector and is based in London. He specializes in international development, higher education, conservation and public policy. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2012 and serves clients in a range of countries, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Henry has advised on chief executive, board and other senior appointments for major global development organizations including multilateral development banks, development finance institutions, private foundations, bilateral agencies and various public-private partnerships. He has also worked on senior roles for the Civil Service and for a number of universities both in the U.K. and internationally. Henry began his search career with another global executive search firm in their industrial practice. Prior to that, he worked in development at English Touring Opera.
Henry received his M.A. in music from Sidney Sussex College, University of Cambridge. He was a choral scholar and university instrumental award holder.
