Hannah Wright is a member of our global Leadership & Succession team, with expertise in leadership development across a wide range of sectors, including utilities, industrial, finance and consumer. She specializes in assessment, executive coaching and framework design. Hannah is passionate about supporting leaders to realize their potential, both through sharpening their strengths and targeted development work. She is based in London.
Hannah joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a small independent consultancy, where she spent more than five years as a director and leadership development consultant specializing in psychological assessments, talent design work, individual and team development, and coaching. Prior to this, she was a leadership consultant at YSC, where she focused on emerging talent and conducted assessment, design and coaching assignments for FTSE 100 clients. Hannah began her career in youth and community outreach, coaching professionals in the childcare and education arena as well as serving as a youth mentor.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Hannah received a BA in history and politics from the University of London and a master’s degree in business and occupational psychology from Kingston University. She holds a British Psychological Society accreditation for both ability and personality psychometric tests, and a postgraduate certificate in education in history from the University of West England.
