Georgie Deane works across sectors to recruit and assess top financial officers. Based in London, Georgie leverages her more than a decade of recruitment experience to help firms of all sizes and geographies recruit leading financial talent. She advises clients on change management, high-growth periods and senior leadership challenges, focusing on the Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Recent assignments include CFOs for the hospitality, retail, FMCS, nonprofit and technology industries.

Georgie joined us from another leading executive search firm where she was a principal in the financial officers practice for EMEA. During that time, she was responsible for leading senior finance appointments across consumer sectors. Previously, Georgie was an associate director at a specialized recruitment firm where she located senior tax professions for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 firms. She began her career as a recruitment consultant for a global specialist recruitment agency.
