Gautham Parthasarathy

As head of our agriculture and ingredients practice, Gautham Parthasarathy advises leaders in AgTech, FoodTech, BioTech, and chemicals. Splitting his time between San Francisco and Cincinnati, he offers strategic advice to C-suites and boards and effectively runs leadership development projects for public, PE, and VC clients.

Gautham excels at recruiting outstanding talent to drive disruptive growth through customer acquisition, product development, technology adoption, and business model innovation. His recent assignments include hiring CEOs, chief commercial officers, chief science officers, and chief operating officers.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Gautham led global product strategy for Cooper Standard Automotive's $2bn sealings business. Earlier, he served as vice president and general manager at Michelman, a family-owned company in Cincinnati, and Emerald Performance Materials, a private equity-owned firm in Vancouver, Washington. He has also held chief marketing officer roles for strategy consulting firms and conglomerates in India. He began his career at GE.
