Erin Marie Collins is a member of the firm’s global Leadership and Succession Practice. She designs and leads assessment programs for senior leaders that contribute to effective hiring decisions, team benchmarking, succession planning, cultural integration and leadership development. Erin Marie is a trusted client advisor, providing counsel to mitigate the risk of leadership decisions and aid in the development and onboarding of executives. Her focus extends to leadership teams, where she specializes in building executive teams that are well-positioned to execute on organizational strategy and drive future success. Based in Melbourne, Erin Marie works with clients across industries, functions and geographies.
Erin Marie has an extensive background in research and analysis, and has led numerous research efforts to understand the leadership DNA of executives across the C-suite. She joined Russell Reynolds Associates in the firm’s New York office, where she was a key contributor to the firm’s thought leadership and personality-based IP. Prior to joining the firm, Erin Marie led research in academic fields such as clinical and behavioral psychology, organizational psychology and survey instrument validation, working in both Boston and Atlanta. She began her career as a Business Analyst with Accenture.
Erin Marie earned her BA in psychology from Wellesley College and her PhD in Industrial and organizational psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
