Dustin Kolb

Dustin Kolb is a member of the firm’s Industrial and Natural Resources and Corporate Officers Sectors and the Global Energy and Executive Officers Practices. Dustin is responsible for conducting board of director, CEO and C-suite executive searches for public and private clients within industrial and natural resources companies. He focuses primarily on the energy value chain working with boards and CEOs to recruit top talent to their teams to build their talent bench to bridge energy transition.

Dustin previously worked with a large international executive search firm, where he focused on the global industrial market with a specific concentration on the energy sector, in particular financial officer roles across North America. Earlier in his career he worked at a boutique Western Canada executive search firm. Along with his current focus, Dustin has worked with several clients in the software, technology, financial services, retail and healthcare fields.
