David Norton

Based in Chicago, David works with companies in the consumer product, retail, energy and industrial manufacturing space as a member of the Corporate Officers Sector and Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates.  

Prior to joining our firm, David spent four years working for a boutique executive search firm where he was responsible for research strategy and search execution. He began his career at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Washington D.C. where he researched and authored papers on relevant events and policies and briefed embassy officials.
