Dana Dimitri is a senior member of the firm’s global Consumer Sector. She leverages more than 15 years of industry experience in brand positioning, new product development and innovation, digital marketing and portfolio management to provide market-leading insights and advise her clients on some of their most pressing leadership challenges. Dana partners with her clients to identify, recruit and develop executive and non-executive leaders, helping build future-ready management teams across the industry. She is based in Chicago.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dana was the VP of Integrated Marketing & Customer Engagement at Potbelly Sandwich Works, where she oversaw brand strategy, digital and social marketing, loyalty, ecommerce and public relations. Previously, she was Director of Marketing for Argo Tea, where she led all marketing programs for the multi-channel tea brand. Dana began her career in consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC, and has worked across the country for major multinational brands including PepsiCo and Wal-Mart.

Dana holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in marketing, finance and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
