Constantine Alexandrakis leads the firm’s Americas business, including Canada and Latin America, and is a core member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners. He advises corporate boards and CEOs in corporate governance, board effectiveness, board succession planning and refreshment, CEO succession planning and leadership transformation. Based in Chicago, Constantine works closely with both public and private companies across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Constantine served as Vice President of Operations for Hostway Corporation, a web solutions provider. He was also a strategy consultant for Towers Perrin and earlier in his career, Constantine worked as a financial analyst with United Airlines.
Constantine received his AB in economics from Princeton University, with honors, and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law. Constantine serves as a board member for Junior Achievement of Chicago, the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation and the East Bank Club. He is also a member of the Florida Bar.
