Caitlin MacNamara co-leads the firm's Omnichannel Retail and Luxury Practice in the Americas, advising clients across the consumer and retail sectors, with a focus on the North American retail market from omnichannel to pure-play retailers. She has 25 years of both corporate and consulting experience, advising clients from private equity to publicly traded entities across executive search, board search, CEO succession and executive assessment. She is also a key member of the firm's global Customer Activation and Growth Practice, advising clients on customer-centric, go-to-market leadership roles. Caitlin is jointly based in New York and Toronto.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Caitlin served as principal in the Americas consumer industries and retail practice at AT Kearney. While there, she worked with C-level retail clients, aligning organizational models with go-to-market strategies, designing post-acquisition operating models, and identifying cost and agility opportunities. Additionally, Caitlin co-authored the firm's global benchmarking of retail store operations practices, led internal recruiting efforts and was a frequent guest lecturer on university campuses. Previously, Caitlin served as director of business development for CGI Group, a global IT consulting service provider, serving telecommunications clients and leading due diligence activities. Caitlin started her career in economic research at BMO Nesbitt Burns, a leading Canadian wealth management firm.
