Ashley is a trusted advisor to global and local insurers, banks, consumer financial services firms, and FinTech companies, lending them her robust experience in executive search, succession planning, leadership development, and culture advisory.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Ashley led the sales and trading associate program at Lehman Brothers in New York. In this role, she partnered with the business to place recent business school graduates into fixed-income, equities, and prime brokerage positions and was responsible for their performance, career development, and training. Before Lehman Brothers, Ashley conducted clinical research at the New York University Child Study Center.
