Anusha Bazaz

Anusha Bazaz is a member of the firm’s Technology Sector, based in London. She works with clients across industries on searches across a broad range of areas including engineering, digital transformation, data & analytics, and technology services. Anusha leverages a background in research and analytics to deliver comprehensive, results-oriented solutions to clients.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2015, Anusha worked in data analysis at Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner), where she was one of the early team members of a proprietary product that helped Fortune 500 companies analyze customer experience journeys and target improvements in customer loyalty. She began her career in research with Clean Energy Group in Boston, as a part of the Energy Zones Study led by the Eastern Interconnection States Planning Council (EISPC) in collaboration with three US Department of Energy National Laboratories.
