Annabel Toren is a senior member of the firm’s Human Resources Practice, advising clients across all industries and geographies. She partners with leading organizations on recruiting, managing and retaining top talent for a wide range of growth-oriented roles in HR and other functions. Annabel conducts searches for outstanding leaders at the C-suite, Senior Vice President, Vice President and General Management levels, and works closely with clients to address their most pressing leadership challenges. She is based in New York.
Annabel joined Russell Reynolds Associates 15 years ago. In addition to advising clients across a variety of industries, she also spent six years leading the firm’s Talent Acquisition efforts in the US and London. Prior to joining the firm, Annabel worked in business development, financial services and management consulting. Most recently at Liberate Technologies, Annabel partnered with technology and media companies to bring content to set top boxes. Earlier, she was an investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist, where she advised clients in the consumer digital space. Annabel began her career as a management consultant at Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett in Los Angeles.
Annabel earned a BA in philosophy, politics and economics from Pomona College in California and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
