Agnes Greaves is senior leader in the global Digital Practice and Consumer Sector, where she focuses on board and senior management appointments. She is a trusted client partner, working with industry leaders in digital across markets and geographies to build, develop and assess top executive and non-executive teams. Agnes advises both established market leaders and investor-backed clients on optimal organizational design and how to attract and retain high-impact and transformative leaders. She has an extensive global network across the digital ecosystem and is passionate about helping companies think differently about how they approach their talent needs, ensuring leadership and boards are well equipped for the constantly evolving needs of their given markets. Agnes is based in London.
Prior to returning to Russell Reynolds Associates, Agnes was Managing Director of a private equity-backed digital executive search boutique, where she helped grow the business into a market-leading position in Europe. Previously, she spent nine years with Russell Reynolds Associates, specializing in executive search engagements for the consumer and digital industries. Earlier, Agnes was a General Manager for Bright Young Things, which she co-ran and scaled, focusing on commercial high-flyers in the consumer and technology sectors. As part of this, she worked onsite with eBay, running talent acquisition for them as they were establishing in the UK.
Agnes holds a BA in modern history from the University of Oxford. She speaks fluent English, Danish and German.
