Zoë Ollagnon

Based in Houston, TX as part of our Industrial and Natural Resources practice, Zoë brings over twelve years of experience across the industrial minerals value chain – including procurement, mineral chemical manufacturing and scale-up, and sales and marketing experience in multiple industries. She has a deep understanding of the industrials ecosystem and can help leading organizations identify and recruit leaders who are not only prepared to meet the moment but can adapt to lead transformation to drive continued growth and anticipate risk.

Zoë joins Russell Reynolds from Vibrantz Technologies where she was in charge of the company’s end-to-end strategy for lithium-ion batteries for the automotive industry. Throughout her tenure, she also worked on strategies for mineral and chemical products sold into multiple heavy industries. Zoë has experience with growth and margin improvement strategies in alkaline batteries, agriculture and farming, steelmaking, brick and tile, appliances and sanitaryware, water treatment, oil and gas. Zoë is comfortable working with private sponsors and understands the unique requirements of private capital in the industrial space.

Zoë holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and International and Global Studies from Brandeis University.
