Based in New York, Vidya joined Russell Reynolds from McKinsey & Company, where she was a member of both the Digital Practice and People & Organization Practice. She advised Fortune 500 and private equity-backed organizations on digital transformation, technology-enabled growth, next-generation operating model design, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise performance. Her work focused on digital strategy and transformation, operating model redesign, business turnarounds, technology and digital organizations, organization design, M&A, culture and change management, and inclusion and culture. She partnered with senior executives to build digital capabilities, accelerate innovation, and lead large-scale business and organizational transformations. Prior to McKinsey, Vidya held roles in business analytics, risk, and operations at Capital One across global markets. She also has experience in the microfinance sector in India.
