Suzanne Bose-Mallick

Suzanne advises senior executives on their development, with a particular focus on those who are preparing for succession, newly appointed or encountering significant in-role challenges. She is part of the team leading our RRA Mentor offering across EMEA, with a focus on accelerating professional development for leaders in C-suite roles.

Suzanne has extensive experience as a consultant in executive search and leadership advisory which she gained in our Social Impact and Financial Services teams. She also held the role of Operations Director for our UK business, and led talent acquisition at consultant level across the EMEA region. Before her career in leadership advisory, she worked in financial services, primarily as a derivatives trader, in the UK and Australia.
