Dr. Stephan Erdődy

Stephan is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Board & CEO Advisory Partners in Europe. He focuses on board search and succession planning, board effectiveness reviews, as well as developmental programs in the context of longer-term succession planning, strategic transformation, and IPO readiness across a wide array of industries.

Stephan joins Russell Reynolds from Horváth’s Industrial Goods & High Tech Consulting’s practice, where he advised executives of industrial and High Tech companies ranging from DAX corporations to family-owned Mittelstand companies. There he worked side by side with clients on issues ranging from Target Operating Models over Strategy Development to Cost Reduction initiatives. During his tenure as the Chief of Staff to the CEO of TRUMPF SE he oversaw company wide strategic initiatives and administered core governance processes. His data-driven approach coupled with significant execution insight and deep industrial industry experience has resulted in effective, sustained goal achievement for the companies and clients he has worked with.
