Much of his work focuses on identifying best-in-class Chief AI Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and senior engineering leadership.

Having begun his career with the firm in Toronto, Spencer is now based in London.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Spencer worked within another global executive search firm in Canada, where he advised clients on CEO, board, and C-suite appointments in general management, operations, technology, and commercial leadership across sectors. His work has spanned North America, EMEA, and APAC.
