Shannon Knott leads the global Executive Development Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, and co-leads the firm’s Leadership Consulting business.
She advises CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams through the moments that most define organizational performance, including CEO succession, leadership transitions, and the effectiveness of the top team. In her global leadership role, Shannon is responsible for shaping how the firm delivers executive development at scale, bringing together assessment, development, and advisory capabilities into seamless solutions that reflect the increasingly complex demands on today’s leaders.
She combines practical insight with deep expertise in systems leadership, influence, and stakeholder dynamics, enabling leaders to operate more effectively in high-stakes, high-complexity environments.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Shannon spent 15 years at Duke Corporate Education, where she designed and delivered global executive education programs for Fortune 200 companies and led business development across North America. Her work spanned more than a dozen countries, supporting senior leader across a range of industries and cultural contexts.
