Sara Azimzadeh

Sara is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders on succession, executive assessment and leadership development. Based in Dubai, she has nearly two decades of experience working with FTSE-listed and multinational organisations to strengthen leadership benches, align executive teams and drive behavioural change.

Her career spans consulting and senior in-house leadership roles, enabling her to apply psychological insight to the realities and complexities of executing talent strategy within large organisations. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she was Group Head of Talent and Capability for a global energy company. Earlier in her career, she led a UK-based leadership consultancy and headed the assessment practice of an international consulting firm.

Sara holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and is an experienced executive coach. Her work in high-potential assessment and psychometric methodology has been recognised by industry bodies. She has worked across Europe and the Middle East and brings a cross-cultural and commercially grounded approach to leadership and organisational performance.
