Rich Clough

Rich Clough is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Healthcare Services Practice, advising clients on senior executive and board-level searches across the healthcare industry. He brings more than 15 years of experience working closely with leadership teams to address complex organizational, operational, and leadership challenges. Rich’s experience spans the healthcare continuum, including academic medical centers, health systems, integrated delivery networks, payer organizations, and non-traditional healthcare services companies.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Rich was a leader in ECG Management Consultants’ Healthcare Strategy and Operations Practice, where he supported clients across 31 states over a decade, serving in interim leadership roles, and as a trusted advisor to health systems, national and regional payers, and private equity-backed healthcare organizations. Earlier in his career, Rich worked with healthcare executives at The Advisory Board Company as a member of the Crimson team.
