Rhys Grossman

Based in London, Rhys leads the Consumer Tech, Gaming, and Media Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates in Europe and is a member of the firm's Board & CEO Advisory Partners. He advises chairs, boards, and investors on CEO and board succession, particularly where businesses are navigating significant growth, transformation, or changes in ownership. He works across publicly listed and private equity-backed businesses, with particular experience in consumer digital platforms, marketplaces, and media.

During his time at Russell Reynolds, Rhys has also led the firm's global Consumer Sector and served on its Executive Committee. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Inflexion Private Equity, where he managed portfolio investments in media and technology. Earlier in his career he held roles spanning strategy, programming, marketing, and digital, having begun his career at OC&C Strategy Consultants and PwC.
